We constantly monitor the expiration date through our AI and send notifications to the pharmacy in various categories so they can decide whether to exchange the medicine manually or automatically. Auto bidding feature for close-to-expired products is the unique feature to Expentory which is not available in any PMSs in the market.

Replacing old laborious order check with automatic checking with mobile phone. Pharmacists can easily compare delivered orders with the purchase invoice just by using a mobile camera or a simple scan of medicines information. with the same scan, all other medicine information such as expiry date and LOT number is collected.
Communicate with other pharmacies and sell surplus inventory or buy needed ones. the system automatically records the expiry date of each medicine, and based on the policy set by the pharmacy manager, will automatically or manually offer the medicine to another pharmacy if it detects that particular medicine is going to expire.
